  This hotel is provided to us by air astana.there are no ac working.nowater bottles in the room,no electric kettle or amenities in the room so I don't like.

  The staff was friendly and the accommodations were comfortable.

  Super noisy. You can hear everything from outside and other rooms. Spend 20 USD more and go to a better hotel, there’s plenty. The heaters don’t work in winter and the A/C’s don’t work in summer. Useless.
