  Does not answer the phone! Constantly resets the phone, through I do not want to communicate with the client on the phone !!!

  Cozy and clean. The bed is changed on time, good location, next stop Bts Asyltau.

  Very central location. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Rooms and common areas very clean. I would definitly reccomend this hostel. (Only minus is that I could have liked more power for the water in the shower)
