  I stayed here for a whole week and my stay here was amazing! Very comfortable, clean and quiet hotel. The personal were very professional, friendly and helpful! Always were willing to do everything I asked for and needed! Would 100% recommend and will come back for sure! 👍🏻🤗

  Honest compromise price/location/service. + : Friendly staff (reception, bar, entrance, handymen), location downtown, close to the river, human building size, calm. - : Safe and coffee machine didn't work in the room. Both were fixed but when I was absent though I asked to be present when they would come / First bedroom was very dark (floor level, builing corner, window in front of a wall) and noisy (crazy dog behind the wall) - They gave me another one, bright and calm after I asked to change. Also internet is capricious. - - : During the check out they asked me to pay a bar bill I already had paid cash. They also asked me to give back an umbrella I already had given back the day before. It's probably poor communication inside the team but it's not the best last feeling you can give a client when he is about to leave. I would probably come back to this place when I'll be in Nur-Sultan but I would check everything very carefully.

  Nice, cozy, clean and modern rooms! You will find everything necessary in it. And do not hesitate to visit spa and sauna.
