  Clean rooms and a very nice bathroom. The mattress was extremely comfortable. I prefer something reasonably firm. When ordering food, they do not ask in which order you want it, soup first or salad first. The receptionists are very pleasant, but if you ask a question and they do not know the answer, they tell you stuff that is irrelevant to the original question and do not take the trouble to try and find out the answer to your question. Not very good value for money, but in a relatively good location. In a nutshell, pleasant but not great.
