  Very nice restaurant at the nine floor of Greenwich hotel it has panoramic Windows from where nearly all city is visible they don't have any menu in English (that could be easily solved!!!!). but the staff is very helpful and speak good English the menu is very complete and varied and the dishes are very well presented

  Way below it's price, but the best city view in Kokshetau!
