::I am currently waiting for a package from Australia. Since the day it was shipped (a few days ago) the tracking simply says "delayed" with no further information. I sent a message yesterday to inquire and received no reply. I just called to follow up, and the guy on the phone said "your package will not arrive." When I questioned him further, he said I will get it next week. I explained that the tracking says it is delayed, and he simply repeated it will come next week. I asked how he can be sure since the tracking info says delayed and gives no delivery date, and he said I can call back if it doesn't come next week. Useless!

::I was trying to get all the documents from Customs depatment in Almaty the whole week contacting several times with representatives Raimbek, Nursultan, still have not received and wasting my time on the phone (The order has been arrived 3 weeks ago and no one informed us, now they are requiring to pay additional money). Very poor service and not customer oriented AT ALL! Please take into considerration!
