When contacting the seller to replace the product, she was refused, which is the second case in the same department. The check was not given to me either. There is a violation of the law on trade. There is a violation of Article 428. Consequences of the transfer of goods of inadequate quality. Do not dishonor the whole store from the "Soap wash" department. The store is not bad. I would drive you out of this decent store with a big broom. I will never believe that the seller does not know about a defective product. Gullible buyers are just deliberately getting rid of and suffering. Shame and disgrace.
