Employees (cashier Ilyas and head of the department) with an indifferent look and boorish behavior, with a sense of satisfaction from inflicting humiliation on customers for not providing proper service! I can only state the reason for their behavior with their own problems in life and their minimal opportunities for self-realization, the anger of these losers in life is projected onto clients, as if this would not be desirable to write! And so many complaints against them, measures have not been taken, but things are still there.
