  The worst department, came to get a disability benefit card, stayed 40 minutes and was not called. I asked another manager, they said that window 3 at lunch. Although it’s not written anywhere that lunch. People are just tortured and go about their business. Vidmo until you start complaining, nothing will help in our country.

  Service below all expectations !! Complete indifference to clients on the part of managers, the manager is absent in the workplace. I waited 55 minutes - the electronic queue never came up and this is for opening a deposit !!!!!!! Leadership of the People's Bank! - I beg you earnestly to understand the situation in this branch (Republic 26) - you will lose all clients! While waiting for 55 minutes, three customers went out indignant after talking with bank managers!
