  Previously, I really liked the Forte bank, probably about 3 years ago, there were favorable conditions and the managers were friendly. But now the service is just awful, I needed to withdraw my money from the account in $ currency, to which they told me at the checkout, “sorry, I don’t have a small currency ($ 50-70), I can only transfer a large amount of the rest in tenge, or you can come after lunch when other workers will come up and maybe they will have small bills. " I couldn't even withdraw my own money properly. Many employees in the bank or in the call center did not even know what was what there were Forte ATMs that could issue money in $ or € currency. I am very disappointed in the bank itself and I am already closing all accounts and cards in it.
