  Very poor service. Rooms are very dirty, specially the sanitary. Personnel is rude and doesn't speak english at all. No english menu in the restaurant so the only choice is check the picture. The receptionist guy useless, rude, impolite and so on.

  Good breakfast, ok english in reception, good room and location near supermarket/ restaurants. Warmwater vanished so had to shower cold the last day, called reception they said sorry repairs by the city, warmwater might be back tomorrow night, not good.

  Very bad breakfast , no bread, no ioghurt , no cereals , one kind of cheese, everything looks synthetic , the fruit is already cutted and looks dry and old , there's no room for every guests to eat . No WI-FI in the rooms, always failing. The first thing i complained in the reception desk was about the toilet brush, it was filthy , they change it imediatly.
