  the hotel is a really good hotel. but; If you've made a reservation and even posted a deposit, you're in danger. They may have sold your space to someone else. you may be forced to move to a more expensive room. When you want to have breakfast, the chef may not come. Otherwise, yes, the location is beautiful, the hotel is beautiful.

  Highly not recommended! I wanted to stay here with my wife for 2 days as they were invited to Semey for an event. Booked a room - agreed on the date of arrival, the price, looked at the numbers from the photo and then wrote down our phone number and the name of whom to book the room. We were 100% sure that everything was fine. But what was our surprise when, upon arrival from the airport, we were denied check-in. Motivated by the fact that there are no rooms in the hotel and our reservation is missing, so we did not make an advance payment. The whole humor is that no one asked for an advance payment from us. There was not even a talk about it. I had to in a hurry to look for accommodation in another hotel. We didn’t regret it later, as the reviews of local residents about this hotel are not the most disingenuous.
