  The hotel itself is quite decent, clean neatly without extraneous odors. BUT! The staff at the reception, and especially the girl with glasses serving breakfast, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired, the whole impression is spoiled by their behavior. Very arrogant and rude.

  We stayed a couple of times before today, a good hotel, they quickly make out, and you can stop for pouches, clean, warm. But today we arrived, on January 19, and at first there are places, the administrator said, and after a few minutes, she refused to check in, there was no one to clean the rooms with a late check-out. Incomprehensible and indistinct explanation, unpleasant. Service is cash only. Leftover residue. There is no desire or interest.

  There is a girl in the restaurant making service. She is so rude and disrespectful. She works with her earphones and don't hear anybody. When she is called for order something she doesn't react. You have to go to her to order. Also There isn't any staf speaking English. I stayed at the second floor and there is a disgusting chemical smell at the hol.

  Good Hotel, arrived late night, check in was no Problem, good Service
