  It takes half an hour to wait until the water becomes warm. After the shower, the bathroom looked like a pool. Water flows from all crevices. It is necessary to install a boiler in each bathroom. The pressure of hot water (which is not hot, but warm) is very weak. Just a shower in my priority. I put 2 stars just because of the shower. The rest is all right.

  We arrived at the hotel at night, the bathroom was dirty, the room itself was clean, the linens were clean, there were no toilet kits, wi-fi was poor. We were settled by a young girl, friendly, answered all the questions, provided full assistance. We liked it and we decided to stay another day and take a walk around the city. After the administrator changed (the older woman came out), our mood and perception of the hotel changed. Elementary, the child spilled juice on the pillow, it's a big problem to change the pillowcase, they listened to so much. We didn't want to stay any longer and we moved out. The cost of the room is 8000tg.

  I was driving from Almaty to Astana, it was on Saturday, in Balkhash, in hotels, there were no places, I came across this hotel. I liked everything, the friendliness of the administrator, the cleanliness of the dignity. gorge, bedding and towels, rooms in general. The parking lot is always supervised. I advise for a fleeting vacation.

  Clean, comfortable, there is a smoking room, the pool is not small, a sauna, a refrigerator, a TV, a shower, a wardrobe, large beds, you can buy a snack at the reception, there is also an iron on the ground floor, the location is convenient ... next to the dkg and market, there is a paid parking.

  Ordinary roadside hotel, only for the price of a city. There are no toilet sets, there are no bedside rugs, the drainage system is clogged in the bath, the water does not leave. We stopped at 2 nights, we did the calculation per day, i.e. at 2 o’clock on the same day you have to leave. In the early morning, hotel employees solve their work problems in full voice, despite the fact that there are guests who rest on the road. The only thing I liked was the white towels.
