  Good day!! The hotel is very great. Always when I drive to Astana and back. I stop there. And I always come across a room for four, number 104. Because we are traveling with our family. The staff is polite. The location is convenient. I am very glad. My rating is 10 out of 10

  Nice administrator. There was no hot water. The smell is specific to this class of hotels, but it was clean in the room. Breakfast, the porridge was not fresh, the breakfast was not impressed at all. If it were not for the administrator there would be 2 stars, thanks to her for her work.

  Stayed overnight. Clean and comfortable. The staff is polite. Expensive. There is a food service. I do not advise you to do this. Because the city on the lake ordered fried fish.
