  I have been to that hotel twice already. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I actually asked to change my room reservation from Renaissance hotel to Grand Hotel Atyrau because I liked the food here and it has huge balcony. It was like 2-room apartment with separate kitchen room. The rooms are pretty big with high ceilings. I will be back here next time. If your balcony on the back side of the hotel you see Ural river from 6 or 7th floor. They really know how to cook well here - I liked the salads and hot dishes - the pleasant tastes I haven't had before. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Wi-Fi speed is 72Mbps and that was good enough for to work remotely from laptop. 2 TVs. Washing machine in the bathroom. So far the best hotel in Atyrau I have been to.

  Stayed for a week during isolation period. Pretty nice units with separate bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Some units have a balcony, but not all. Service is good. Food is average. Overall 5* rating.

  I used to give it 5 starts in the past but I don't know what happened to it, the wireless is very week, the restaurant service changed depending on the mood of the waiter and the water pipe guy is very moody, the young one, not the one with tattoos. Moreover, breakfast changed from 6 am to 7 so you won't be able to eat if you start early and check-in changed from 8 am "which was very special service" to normal 1 or 2... Anyway, I hope you bring back the same atmosphere...
