::Perhaps, I have never met the worst hotel, not only is the rooms lacking elementary cleanliness and order, so in the VIP room the water regulator turns 360 degrees, there is no cold water, they offer to wash in boiling water, they called the employees to fix the problem, and as a result, they turned the regulator left, when asked about the results of the repair, they answered: well, we twisted there, there is cold water in the sink. On the second day, the base of the bed broke right under us, to which the hotel employee said the following: this VIP room cannot be so that the bed breaks itself, that is, implying that their furniture is not depreciated from the VIP attachment. Explaining in a raised tone that the bed in the VIP room was not repaired and could not, denying the fact that the base physically a person of standard equipment simply cannot break with any effort, since it is in the middle. They also entered the room wearing shoes, which I find unacceptable. Total: No edible breakfasts, no customer focus (the situation with water was not resolved, we took 6 rooms and in all the problem with water, somewhere boiling water, somewhere the ice problem did not even try to fix it), dilapidated furniture, impudent employees

You can hear mosquitoes from the next room. The dressing gown has an unpleasant smell, does not wash well ... The Internet is another story, it works intermittently. Breakfast to choose from only two "dishes" ... Eating at the hotel is not possible, although the hotel has a restaurant ... So the hotel will do for a day, but no more ... TV, channels constantly freeze.
