  Terrible !!! The slowest bank in Kazakhstan! Bank employees, instead of serving customers, sit on Instagram, or maybe in WhatsApp.

  Branch of Kazkom Bank. A bit crowded as it is located in the city center and clients often accumulate. The bank is polite, the staff is adequate and trained. There is little parking outside, even parking spaces for the disabled.

  There are always a lot of people in the central office and there is always a long queue. Today the computer system is "frozen". I spent 1.5 hours in line. But, in the end, the employees managed to somehow solve this problem. In general, always friendly and correct service.

  Convenient location and lots of ATMs
