  Extremely long service! To get to the checkout, you need to wait (for hours) for a queue to the manager and he (she) serves clients for an hour. It happens in my presence: a client is sitting with a manager and she asks her to dial the support service of a home bank🤦‍♀️ they cannot understand each other! They called the senior 🤦‍♀️ I used to always use the services of this bank, but recently I understand that the service is better in other banks.
