  Terrible Bank, call center employees are rude, incompetent, boors. I do not recommend this Bank to anyone. I ask the management to conduct a careful selection of employees in the call center, and train their employees in courtesy, because they work with people.

  Dear citizens. Do not register your equipment through Home Credit Bank. On November 30, we took a TV set for 24 months for 278,000 tenge in the Sulpak store. The representative of Home Credit Bank described everything so beautifully for us, but did not warn that the bank charges 100,000 tenge for services. For joy, we signed a contract without reading it, and when we read it at home, the hair stood on end. Now we will have to pay 378,000 tenge. We know we are to blame, but they should have warned us. Be carefull. This is called an interest-free loan.
