  Relationship with customers is bad, the shower is broken, the toilet is outside, there was a lizard in the room, there is female hair on the bed, the cleanliness is poor

  Doesn't match all reviews. I do not advise. The hostess is rude, grumbling with her in everything you need to agree in advance. No condition whatsoever. There is only one toilet on the street for the whole hostel. One shower, also dirty. There is no way to drink a cup of tea, let alone eat. The bed is dirty. A separate fee is charged for using the washing machine, despite the fact that the machine does not wash well. The beds are hard.

  A good hostel - the rooms are clean, there are several toilets, there are showers and a rest room. Polite and pleasant staff. I would especially like to thank the administrator Aizhan for a clear and competent work.

  Everything is great !! Clean, comfortable, and in the room, and in the toilet and in the kitchen. The safety of things is ensured. Keep it up. And the price was a pleasant surprise.
