  Terrible hotel. Low noise insulation. And in the evenings, banquets with loud music are held in the restaurant. There is no elevator, you carry your suitcases up the stairs.   Very nice spacious hotel, breakfast included. The hotel has disposable slippers, terry dressing gowns, soap accessories. Best hotel I've stayed in Kostanay
