::Great hotel! Everything is new and sparkling clean. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern. The staff are all amazing at their job. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The food was decent and available until late. I really enjoyed my stay here. Super plus was that the rooms have blackout curtains so you can sleep all day if you choose. Wifi worked great throughout the building. And I'll mention it one more time because they deserve it... the staff was amazing! The concierge was prompt and always attentive. The bartender and waitstaff were always smiling and engaged with the customers. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job each day and they did it quietly. Best place in Aktobe!

::Decent 4 Stars Hotel but they have only 3, probably because of spa and gym absence. Management are friendly as all Accor Hotels. Rooms are small but modern design and furniture makes it feel comfortable. Beds are soft and relaxing, breakfast due to pandemic realities has been transformed from buffet on individual portions and looks great, but they could leave some options like breakfast menu instead in my opinion. Because I like simple porridge and wasn't there as an option. I didn't have any problems with WiFi during my two days stay over. The last and most important benefit - is the Ibis hotel location, right between two main districts of Aktobe, in front of central square (if not mistaking).
