::Disgusting bank and service. 02/17/2020, they transferred 30 thousand tenge from a caspi card to a caspi card, due to the bank services being buggy, the money was debited from the account, but they were not credited to the recipient’s card, the only way the support service could help was to accept the complaint and they sorted it out. 14 hours have passed, the problem is not solved.
