  We were in the branch on Lunacharsky, made out the transfer of deposits by inheritance. Sad procedure. The most tactful manager Leila, for which I am immensely grateful to her, did all the work with us with a minimum of questions and clarifications. And the work was quite voluminous. Thank her very much for her tact and patience.
