  Awful. Loafers and idlers no one knows what. One window works. People turn the sea does not move. I spent 20 minutes with a sick child in my arms and did not bring a single person. Horror .... where are the branch directors looking. If there were more checks for them to work normally, if they don’t want to work, let them free up space for those who want to work.

  I called the branch of the city of Karaganda, the third time the contacts are incorrect. I got through, the administrator decided to connect with the manager for legal entities, there was no connection for 3 minutes. I called back, the admin says everyone is busy, leave the data will contact you? all that was needed was to send an electronic tariff for legal entities. this is not a bank, my opinion ... the admin should know such things as our father! rating -5 stars. I do not recommend this desk.
