That day it was hot outside and cool inside, which was very pleasing. But the interior design leaves much to be desired - everything that is a little usable, dark in the waiting room, cannot be reached by car.

  Very sad service to customers. At ATMs there is no money, I have a people's bank card at the box office, the manager says we do not work with other bank cards. How they do not work, I am outraged. They do not know how to work and communicate with customers. ATMs on the streets are generally not comfortable displays you need to be small in stature and use sun goggles. Security and video surveillance is weak, you do not feel security.

  Terminals do not work. The bank branch is dirty. The queue at the only terminal is huge. The service is not up to par. There is no elementary control by the senior management. There are no glasses in the dispenser and never will be. In general, it’s sad that the bank’s management treats customers as mediocrity.
