  Kazpochta's definitely innovating and improving its services. At this location you can send and pick up packages, pay your bills, rent a p.o. box, buy stationary, even subscribe to some papers and magazines etc. There's an unusual format for getting your packages from abroad - they somewhat arcanely call it "postal supermarket". You punch your tracking number in and get the shelf location for the parcel. Go in, pick it up and check it out at the counter.
