::good day I am the recipient of the order No. CC103963227KZ, when sending which the delivery amount was calculated and indicated as 1,200 tenge, unfortunately, when the goods were dispensed at the Kazpost office at the address Atyrau, 113 Kulmanov, GOPS-11, they took an additional commission from me as I did explained for the money transfer, although the parcel itself was sent through Kazpost JSC and I also received it at the Kazpost JSC branch and the amount of payment was previously agreed and indicated in the documents. Also, in response to my attempts to clarify other payment methods, the branch manager told me that neither credit card payments nor online payments are accepted and I am obliged to pay 1500 tenge in cash for issuing the parcel, that is, otherwise they will not give me my parcel. I regard the collection of an additional payment of 300 tenge as unjustified and blackmail, and for this reason I would like to receive a written explanation from Kazpost JSC as to why an additional commission of 300 tenge rises in the department for the delivery of the parcel and its payment in the branch itself, and also why the branches do not provide for other payment methods except cash, as this leads to the opinion about the lack of transparency of payments and possible corruption.
