  I had to visit this department before and I don't want to anymore. They do their job poorly, unreasonably long service, they are driven from one window to another, they often cannot find the package the first time.

  Phone 91111 - either no answer or short beeps. Why do you need a telephone then if they don't pick up the phone there?
