  The workers are good, almost all polite. Some understand that different strange people come, so they get in a bad mood. There are almost no queues. Sometimes it's completely empty. Everything is clear, took a coupon, found a cell, and there and a parcel. You go to the cashier, or whatever they are called, show your ID, pick up the parcel. It's simple! Thank.   They tracked our mail from Ukraine, and now 10.10. write that the documents are delivered. In fact, we did not receive anything !!! Documents are very important for us. The call center was given branch numbers, but it’s not possible to get there, all day, in the morning we’ll call - busy. AS? How could you give documents to someone without making sure of the recipient? Where are our documents? to whom they were given? No one can answer our questions! Is anyone in Kazpost responsible for anything?

  What kind of service? I’ve called for two hours, all the time is busy! As if they picked up the phone and sit drinking tea! HORROR!!! Of course, I understand that they do not get much, but many do not have such work.
