  The best post office in the city. Always fast service. They will help with packing the parcels, tell you how to send them faster and cheaper. They will always advise on sending letters. Convenient payment, both in cash and by card. For fast and polite service only in the 8th department.

  The department of sorting and delivery of parcels works disgustingly. First, now they do not send a notification about the arrival of parcels, you just have to guess. Or download a telegram bot and search there (as explained by the employee). It is not known how to be an adult or people of retirement age who do not understand and do not know what telegrams are or simply do not have smartphones. Secondly, when checking the track, it gives out false information that they tried to deliver it to me and there was an unsuccessful attempt. (Probably they counted it because they moved her from room to room) Delivery ?! They do not have it as well as notifications. And finally, in the third, this department works until 14 or 15, the employees themselves do not know for sure🤦 And when they came there at 12:30 in the afternoon, they told me that they would be in an hour! The door is closed, it looked more like they had lunch .. There are simply no words. Kazpost never gets tired of surprising.

  The woman at window # 4 was rude. There was a queue and I asked for an envelope, which I was rudely told to wait in turn. Some rudeness!
