  First of all, this is a dispensary. Service for three stars maximum. No Wi-Fi, payment for accommodation in cash or by Kaspi Bank transfer. There is a terminal, but it works when there is wired Internet access at the reception. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is included in the price. As a rule, porridge, tea, cottage cheese with sour cream or pancakes with condensed milk, a piece of butter.

  In general, this is not a hotel, only patients come here. There is no hot water, which also sometimes turns black. It is cold in winter. You can spend the night for 1-2 days. You can ask for food in the kitchen.

  It's time to update the interior, tidy up the bathrooms, change the plumbing, and make repairs. There was a duvet cover in the double room, i.e. There was nothing to hide with, and I did not want to go and demand another one. there are two elevators and both do not work, the TV in the room did not work, the mosquito net leaned against the window by itself, and in the bathrooms there is a musty smell, one joy is a good mattress on the bed, normal towels, air conditioning and breakfast included! The semolina was delicious !!! Although, given that there is a big problem with hotels in this city, despite their number, I will add a star and recommend Kengir for visiting guests of the city, when you want to relax and sleep, you do not need a TV, or a bathroom, or repairs, but a blanket and a pillow. I always carry with me, because pillows do not suit me in any hotel !!!
