  Normal rooms with conveniences. Absolutely the same rooms, but with amenities on the street, much cheaper. The rooms have toilet paper, 2 towels for each, bedding. Comfortable verandas. The brazier for each room is separate, it is good, but very small it is inconvenient. There is a sink from the end of the houses, this is also +. Dishes can be washed outside without washing the washbasin in the room. Playground, beach, sun loungers, gazebos and hammocks. The beach is sandy. The entrance to the lake is convenient, sandy.

  My favorite place, for many years every year we are with you, getting better and better, but the only negative is that there are more people 🤣 I was in almost all zones of Chubar, Koktem is the best, value for money, and what a sincere staff, with how strong nerves😅😅 be healthy.
