::The hotel is located in the private sector, such as a small cottage, there is a parking lot for three cars, the staff is caring and attentive. There are points that need to be improved, the quality of the bed linen is very thin and it is time to improve, the blankets are of better quality, there is almost no sound insulation, there is almost no audibility, there is almost no TV channels, but it doesn’t matter. The main thing is not enough, to sleep, silence, and change the linen, the Internet wifi is not connected. There is work to do and improvements are required, prices are not low.

::Clean, friendly staff Breakfast for an additional fee - 1000 tenge Double room standard - 8000 tenge In the room there is a kettle and tea accessories (tea, cups, spoons and sugar) There is ironing, washing, and yet the services were not used due to unnecessary Mattresses need to be changed, at least the one on which the pressed one slept An inconvenient staircase, very steep with children, you can not move in, they can fall on it, I do not advise old people

::Very difficult to communicate with staff - it’s good to be aware that they are not English speaking so coming prepared with a few phrases would be best! Facilities are basic but that’s all you need in a little hotel like this!

::Simple hotel without any thrills, but an ok place to sleep. Staff speaks Google Translate and Russian. It looks like they work shifts of 24 hours, starting at 10am. So they are often tired when you talk to them. The rooms are reasonably clean. Bed is average. The wallpaper is loose in the corners. Shower is good, but it takes a while before warm water comes. There is no breakfast at the hotel. There is a small supermarket across the street and you can borrow a water cooker at the reception. There is no public transport in the area. The neighborhood is not very good, also no restaurants. If you need a cheap place to stay, then this hotel is a reasonable option. If you want more fun, then choose a more central place.
