As a result, they said no, we should go to another department, that's why it is so disgraceful. And I also found out that 150 tenge will be debited from the salary card every month, this is quite the bottom, since I do all the operations without the participation of employees in the mobile application, I ask on what basis this amount is debited. The bank also orders positive reviews about itself, because 99% of the reviews are negative. There is not even a Votsap application or another messenger on the site, by which I could find out everything in advance. In general, a shame, not a bank.
