  Today my mom was in the shop norm br st. Mayakovsky. I tried to buy black pepper - the price tag was 110 tenge, unfortunately, my mother (81 years old) did not see the grams. At the checkout, she was charged 450 tenge for a package. Mom refused to buy. The money was returned to her for more than 30 minutes - there was a responsible employee. When my mother asked to call an ambulance, the pressure arose from the indifference of the worker, who asked her to wait an hour.   In general, this is more of a minimarket than a supermarket. The assortment of goods is not the widest, but the basic necessities are there. The prices are reasonable. There is little comfort (the repairs were probably not done for a long time), therefore, in general, few people come. The service was not appreciated. did not buy anything.
