We sat in line for an hour, when our turn came to the office, without explaining the reasons, the doctor Abedchanova Aliya Esenbekovna kicked us out of the office and sat down to take food with the nurse! Horror! In the office where the doctor receives patients there and dines !!!! To my indignation that the reception was interrupted, the head of the hospital said that the doctor was in a position and she wanted to eat! This is utter chaos! They refused to return the money for the reception, citing the fact that the cashier was closed. The doctor nevertheless accepted it, while she did not hesitate to finish her lunch and snapped that she was not having dinner on time, being rude under the guise of her interesting position !!! Complete lack of tact and medical ethics in this institution !!! Patients are treated like cattle, doing a favor that they are accepted !!! Mrs. Abedchanova, with her behavior, disgraced all the doctors !!!
