  My mom had surgery today. A doctor with 19 years of experience had to do it. Specially selected this clinic. And the intern did. Without asking. Without the permission of my mom. The 5-minute operation lasted half an hour. The mouth was closed, so that I could not speak. They did not pay attention to the moans. If a person is old and there is no one nearby who could protect, you can do what you want? I won’t leave it like that. I will complain above. I demand an explanation. And the answer from the Optimed Clinic why it happened. Or I'll go higher.
