::Today I was in Kazpost in space and after the disgusting service there was not a foot! We were greeted in a boorish way literally from the 'doorstep'. cashier IBRASHEVA BAYAN From the 5th cash register, with her answer to our question: "tell me, who to contact on this issue?" (it was in this Kazpost that we were for the first time) to which she: "what do you need apa, go take the coupon, do not come to me." then, by the number of the coupon, we got to a brand new girl who was neither BE nor ME. I understand the new one, but the attitude to work is like that, a word for one "thank you" works. there was no interest in doing my job, does not understand and does not speak Russian (although knowledge of at least 2 languages is required in the service sector) they drove us here and there, THREE cashiers could not solve one issue, by the time we were at the newcomer, in attempts To solve our 'question', on which we came, Bayan came up and very loudly in front of everyone threw OUR DOCUMENT at us with the words: "I SAID TAKE THE VALUE WHAT ARE YOU WANTING TO HERE." WHAT I ANSWERED: VON THE VALUE !! OTHERWISE WHY WOULD STAND HERE ?! to which she yelled at the new girl, saying that you cannot serve people yet. but for her "nervous breakdown" all of a sudden, she did not bother to apologize. the most disgusting and incompetent cashier Ibrasheva Bayan! worst discussion of my life! very unpleasant aftertaste. even in general, at the end, before leaving, when she seemed to try to give an answer, she answered very rudely! ALTHOUGH OUR QUESTION WAS NOT SOLVED BY THE TOTAL! TAKE ACTION KAZPOCHTA! SHE IS A TERRIBLE HAMKA! especially since there was neither a loud tone on our part, nor anything else provoking.
