  The Halyk Bank branch in the Rush trading house is the most disgusting of all branches in Almaty. The service is at a low level, you can wait in line for several hours (even if there are few people) and, as a result, not get quality advice on the issue of interest. Most often, the wait is delayed for a long time and the person is forced to leave without receiving the desired service.
