  Awful hotel! Service full 0! Even one star does not deserve. Firstly it is cold and secondly there is no dark light in the corridors. In three is dirty. bed all dirty, the toilet on the go do not wash! Noisy walls are very thin and you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms. I do not advise wiping my feet with a towel in the room. Administrator AYGERIM cannot speak normally with people. How such people are hired at all. The first time was in this city will not go.

It was at the end of September at this hotel, because there was a forum or something else in the city, there were no places in decent hotels. I telephoned a bunch of hotels, everything was taken until I got through here, and so I was happy with the available places in the hotel until I crossed the threshold of this establishment. 6 o'clock in the evening, nowhere the light is on, I thought that the electrics were turned off, but no, in order to save, the first bell in my head. I got in the darkness to the reception. At first glance, all is well, except for the horrendous cold. Chose a suite for 15,000 tenge. And one more disappointment, only cash. And, they began to demand that I leave my ID in pledge. Here already we had just run away. The room is terrible cold, but I thought there is an air conditioner, you can turn on the heating, everything will be fine, but it was not there, there are no remote controls. They brought the remote from another air conditioner, but it does not include the one in my room. Fortunately, I persuaded the girl with the decision to bring a heater, which stood near the reception, but it was for several hours. In the room, the cabinet doors are broken, the toilet seat is torn off, and water splashes out of the shower watering can. All for an additional fee, is the price list in the room. Condoms are also sold, which tells us why they use this hotel. I wanted to buy water at 11 pm, but she was not there and was told to go to the store, and there was no lighting around, and even work on the road was going on, mud and slush. In the morning, finished off by the fact that they refused to do breakfast. Never, under any pretext, I will not come to this residence any more and I do not advise anyone to it !!!!!
