  Terribly long delivery: It has been going from Nur-Sultan to Shymkent for more than 11 days😠😠😠 You shouldn't call their numbers at all, they always drop them, or dialing takes a million years. All in all, this courier service just sucks.

  Delivery is not good anywhere! They can't deliver from Shymkent to NurSultan for 16 days! Don't get through, no feedback! I am ashamed, very sorry that I contacted this mail. We are losing credibility with our customers because of such dishonest delivery services!

  When sending, they promised that the package would reach in 3-4 days. Then they said to wait a week, a week passed, the package did not reach where she is and what nobody knows with her.
