  Good european standard. The beds are in a good condition, and the windows are sound proof. The staff is friendly and there's enough english speaking staff. The restaurant is great and open till late at night. I've had my best kazach pizza there, and their traditional dishes are fingerlicking. They also offer an airport service for a reasonable price. On the down side, the breakfast is rather mediocre, I just wished their fried eggs and omlets could be kept warm for longer. Their Wifi can stutter a little and they dont have a single english speaking news channel on TV. It's location ain't central, so you have to walk a bit for any sight seeing, or just have the staff order you a cab.
