  The kitchen is good, the service is poor, and the restaurant manager and owner are very rude. The owner of the place did not want to turn on the air-conditioner half an hour before the event, although there was a heat on the street +35 C. Major repairs are required, both in the hall and in the kitchen. The smell is in the hall. This place is a cafe, not a restaurant.
