  The hotel got stuck in the last century. Were here in the late 90s and early 2000s. It seems that the renovation remained from those times. Maybe there is not enough money for maintenance, maybe there are some other problems. I think there are always free rooms. The rooms are clean, but ... I think that in Pavlodar you can find hotels that are both cheaper and more beautiful. I would not recommend eating in the buffet. We tried breakfast and did not dare to dine. The stale milk porridge and burnt omelet fought off the urge to try something else. There are no complaints about the staff.
