  Awfully awful I took a ticket 12.00 already 13.40 still not served, not because there are a lot of people, there are no people at all, it's just a mess here. Coupons have their own challenge in general and the worst bank.

  Bank employees do not respond to phone calls. Service type level. Minus 10 points. And without an asterisk it is impossible to send a review. : (((
