  03/14/2019 called on number 5030 at 17.20 hanging on the phone for 15 minutes so I did not connect with the operator! Instead of decreasing the waiting time for them, it increases on the contrary from 1 minute to 9 at once, okay, I think I'll wait and say to the operator, so no !!!! the waiting time was increased again by 9 minutes, !!! Called again the same situation, not solid somehow it turns out, maybe 1% percent like in advertising promised will increase to 30% after the signing of the loan agreement ???? I request the leadership of the Sberbank of Kazakhstan Bank, to resolve my complaint and improve the service on a short number, if this is not in force, then close this function so as not to take our time.
