  Nice restaurant bar, cocktails, wine, fair price. Different kind of food, from local to western. Sometimes band playing. Young, local & international.

  Located in the older part of the city, Barely is a nice place to try. However, in my idea, the prices are a bit higher than normal, and the quality of the food is Ok. If you want to dance a bit, you may choose this place. There is a band playing music and singing songs in the evening time, after 10 pm. On the other hand, the volume of the music is so high that after that time, it is literally so difficult to have a normal conversation, as you need to approach the ear of your friend to have him/her hearing you. There is also a public parking space in front of the place, making it convenient to visit it by your own car. It is located besides the Imanov street, right around the intersection, making it easily accessible.

  Great space with a lot of stuff but not alot of guests. Food is very good with business lunch during the week. Friday is the party night. Up-classed place
