  The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is delicious.

  Mid-range hotel. I don't know how about the city of Uralsk, but compared to other cities in Kazakhstan, this is not the level of a hotel, but a real hostel. The entrance is fenced off with an iron fence, there is construction waste in the yard. The entrance to the building and the reception are like in old, Soviet office centers. No panoramic windows, a spacious hall, etc. The hotel's interior is shabby and outdated. Rooms are small, old conder, non-working TV set and unconnected refrigerator. Regular sized window without mosquito nets. The bed is medium in size and of good quality. The shower room has all the necessary accessories. Breakfast is poor. You have to choose one day in advance, not seeing what each of the offered dishes is. It tastes like the level of an average dining room. The hotel does not have a restaurant, water must be collected from below, only once a day, in the amount of 1 liter. 0.5 without gas, 0.5 with gas, if you want more you will be denied in a rather rude form. By the standards of Almaty, Shymkent and other cities, this hotel is not worth the money.

  It was under renewal so we couldn't stay. June-2021. Will try to stay there next visit.
